Initial Consultation and
“Top Ten” Priority Report
The “Top Ten” Priority Report is for homes that are on their way to being staged and need some direction. This customized report focuses on the ten most important things the seller should do right away to increase the value of their home and obtain a faster sale. This is the outline that is used to created the Detailed Action Plan.
Cost: $150
Detailed Action Plan and
"Do It Yourself" Guide
Add the completed Detailed Action Plan to any of the above Staging Days in order to complete the look yourself. We’ll take an extra hour going through the home with you and filling out our Action Plan. We’ll also email you “Do-It-Yourself” guides for projects that will make a dramatic difference in the value of your home.

Color Consultation
Color plays the most critical role in the way people ‘feel’ in a given space. It has a proven, direct impact on emotions, which drives the buyer's decision. This service can be used alone, or in combination with another service. During the color consultation, we will use a variety of color fan-decks to select the best colors to enhance the existing finishes and lighting situations in your home, while we create a feeling of ‘HOME’ for the buyer. Add an Accessory Consultation to complete the finishing touch!

Half-Day of Home Staging
or Redesign
This service is for those homes that just need a little extra attention and expertise or are less than 2000 square feet. The “Affordable Home Staging and Redesign Consultant” will be working from our Detailed Action Plan we began in the Initial Consultation, to make dramatic transformations to the main areas of the home. We will bring in accessories in order to complete the look of each room and give you a list of what to purchase. Add professional- quality photos so your listing stands head & shoulders above the competition.
Cost: $350 (up to 4 hours)
Accessory Consultation
We will help you choose a custom color palette for furnishings and accessories, and give you recommendations for choosing items to dramatically transform the entire home!
Cost: $125; $75 when added to a Color Consultation.
Full Day of Home Staging
or Redesign
This service is for those homes that need a little more attention and expertise, are over 2000 square feet, or require additional funiture rental. We spend a full day making dramatic transformations to your home. You won’t believe the difference a day can make! You’ll walk away with a show-ready home and a list of purchases you can make to further complete the look. Add professional-quality photos so your listing stands head & shoulders above the competition.
Cost: $650 (up to 8 hours)
Full Weekend of Home Staging or Redesign
This service is for homes that need the most attention and expertise. We spend one weekend (Saturday and Sunday) making dramatic transformations to your home and taking photos. You’ll have a show-ready home, a list of purchases you can make to further complete the look, and up to 50 professional-quality digital photos.
Cost: $995 (up to 16 hours)
Professional-Quality Photos
We will provide professional digital photos to your realtor to maximize the marketing potential of your listing.
Photos only: $150 (up to 50 beautiful images)
Hourly Rate: $75
This rate applies to shopping time, and any other Home Staging Services you want to contract on an hourly basis.
